7 Day Fuss Free Returns & Exchanges

At Agape Babies and Sunshine Kids, your complete satisfaction is our top priority.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns for items within 7 days of delivery date and issue an exchange or refund via store credits. 

We ask that the product is not used or expired, in the same condition as when you received it, and is in the original box and/or packaging with all tags, if any. 

Kindly note the following: 

- For returns, you will be eligible for exchange with similar item / any items of your choice and you may top up the difference. Only when similar item is out of stock, would we be able to process a refund via store credits for you. 
- Our 7-day return policy does not apply to items in clearance (sale) section. Food and formula items, breast pads are not applicable for returns / exchange due to hygenic reasons, unless defective (for defective return policy, please see below). 
- Kindly note that all returns / exchanges are to be done at our location (near Newton) for checking. 
- If you would like to request for returns via delivery, there will be courier charges applicable. 
- Returns, exchanges and refunds are not entitled to our free delivery (above $80) policy. If you are returning an item that was originally sent out under free delivery, we would have to deduct a shipping fee when issuing an exchange / refund. 
- In the event of a refund via store credits, kindly allow up to 5 days for us to process and issue after item is received. 

The following brands/products are subject to a restocking fee in the case of a change of mind. 

  • Ju-Ju-Be (restocking fee is 20% of purchase price)

FAQ for Returns / Delivery

What do I do if my item is defective? 

As we take pride in checking all orders before delivery, therefore any damages made after delivery is only exchangeable after clear inspection.

- If items are found defective upon arrival, we apologize for our oversight. Kindly inform us via email (orders@agapebabies.com) or fill in our returns form here.
- Please include a snapshot of the defective / incorrect item(s). Do not discard the defective / incorrect items as they are to be returned to us, otherwise we are unable to process the claim. 

Kindly note the following: 

- Agape Babies reserves the right to not accept returns / exchanges of any used items / items with damaged packaging. 
- A one year (Manduca - 3 year) is provided for all our baby carriers from Ergo, Boba, Becos and Manduca. Your one year warranty will cover manufacturing defects. In the unlikely event of a defect, kindly return your carrier to us for repair or exchange. 
 

What is the returns process? 

- Simply contact us via email (orders@agapebabies.com) or fill in the returns form here. We will get back to you within 3 working days. 
 

Why have I not heard from you after emailing you? 

- Kindly give us up to 3 working days to revert to you. Do check your spam / junk folder in the meantime. If you do not hear back from us within 3 days, kindly drop us another email. 
 

Will I  be able to get a refund? How long does it take for me to get a refund? 

- All refunds are processed in store credits.
- In the event of a refund via store credits, kindly allow up to 5 days for us to process and issue after item is received. 
- Returns, exchanges and refunds are not entitled to our free delivery (above $80) policy. If you are returning an item that was originally sent out under free delivery, we would have to deduct a shipping fee when issuing your refund via store credits. 
 

Can I exchange a clothing if it does not fit? 

- If the size bought is not suitable, kindly let us know via email (orders@agapebabies.com) or fill in the form here. Exchanges are subject to the availability of design and sizing.  
- All sale items are not exchangeable or refundable.
 

Where is my order confirmation email? I submitted an order online, but did not receive it. 

- All orders should receive a confirmation email after you have submitted your order. Kindly check your spam / junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox. 
 

I would like to purchase an item that is out of stock? How can I order? 

- Please click on the "Notify Me" button below the product. When the item is back in stock, an automated email will be sent to you to inform you.
