How do I place an order?
There are 2 ways to place your order.
1. For WEB order, simply add your selection to cart and checkout
2. For EMAIL order, Email us your selection at orders@thesunshinekids.com
How do I create an account?
Follow these 3 simple steps to create an account:
- Click on Login
- Select Create an account
- Fill in particulars and click Submit (only your email is requested for registration)
How do I keep updated of your sales & promotions?
The best way to be notified is via our newsletter, SMS updates and our Facebook page, be sure to “Like” us here!
How do I change my address, modify or cancel my order?
If you’ve just finished placing your order, please contact us at orders@thesunshinekids.com and we’ll try to modify your order. Modifications / cancellations can only be made if we have yet to deliver your order.
What is your return policy?
Our 14-return policy covers a full refund / exchange for incorrect and defective products.
I have received an incorrect/missing/defective item in my order, what should I do now?
We are very sorry that this happened, please send us an email here with the following information and we’ll rectify it!
- Order ID
- What's wrong? (i.e., incorrect order/missing item/defective product)
- SKU(s) of the Product(s)
DELIVERY QUESTIONS
1. How do I track my parcel?
You may track your parcel here.
2. How is my item delivered? How long will it take to arrive?
- We employ Ta-Q-Bin and Ninja Van courier delivery services to ensure that your parcel gets to you on time, safe and sound.
- Orders and verification take less than 1 working day to process. Your order, if possible will be sent out on the same day if not the next morning.
- If you are in need of your order urgently, please indicate in the order comments box or reply to the order confirmation email or email us at orders@thesunshinekids.com.
3. Do you offer free delivery?
- We offer FREE courier delivery for orders above $80.
4. How safe is courier delivery via Ta-Q-Bin or Ninja Van? What happens if my parcel doesn't arrive?
- Ta-Q-Bin and Ninja Van's courier delivery service includes a tracking service and coverage for lost parcels.
- You may track your parcel's location here (for Ta-Q-Bin) or here (for Ninja Van). If your parcel does not arrive 3 days after your order confirmation, please email us at orders@thesunshinekids.com.
5. How do I opt for courier service?
- Simply select Ta-Q-Bin/Ninja Van delivery option for courier service. You can even request for a designated date for delivery. Simply let us know at orders@thesunshinekids.com upon ordering.
6. Can I opt for self-collection?
- We have a few convenient self-collection outlets located islandwide at Holland, Old Airport Road and Sengkang. Kindly request for self-collection in advance via email (orders@thesunshinekids.com).
- Kindly fix your self-collection appointment at orders@thesunshinekids.com upon ordering.
ORDER & PAYMENT METHODS
1. How do I place an order?
There are 2 ways to place your order.

2. What payment options are offered?
You can choose to pay by any of the following methods. You will not incur any additional charges. All transaction fees are borne by us.
- Paypal (accepts all major credit/debit cards)
- Paypal is a fast and secure way to pay online. All major credit/debit cards are accepted via paypal i.e. Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
- You do not need to sign up for/have a paypal account to pay, simply "Check out" with Paypal" and you will be automatically redirected to the Paypal site to pay.
- Click on "Don't have a paypal account" and simply just type in your credit/debit card details.
- All payments are safe, authorized and processed by Paypal
- Bank Transfer
- You can opt for Bank Transfer payment when making your order. Your order status will be "pending" until payment is received.
- Kindly note that payment has to be made within 24 hours of making your order. Your order will be void if payment is not received.
- Buyers who do not make payment will be blacklisted from future bank transfer purchases.
- Transfer payment via iBanking or ATM transfer to the following account DBS Current Account 0089020447 OR UOB Current Account 3813025742 to make payment. Internet Banking allows fund transfers to accounts of other banks.
- *For iBanking/ATM transfer, please note that a screenshot / reference of your receipt & transaction reference number is required for payment verification purposes.
- You will receive an email confirmation of your order once payment is confirmed. Your order will be sent out shortly after.
2. Can I pay by cash?
Kindly note that cash on delivery is only applicable for self-collection.
3. What are store credits? How do I pay by store credits?
Store Credit (or Gift Credit) is credit issued for returns and/or cancellations accepted. Store credits are provided in a form of a code that may be used to purchase future orders on the website.
4. How can I use my voucher code?
Using your code is as easy as 1-2-3!

2. Enter the coupon code in the text field below
3. Click on Apply Coupon
5. I have a gift card. How do I use it?
Using your gift card is as easy as 1-2-3!
- Go to your shopping cart
- Enter your gift card code upon checkout.

2. How do I return an item?
If you would like to return your item, kindly contact us via email (orders@thesunshinekids.com) or fill in the form here. We will process your return accordingly.
3. How do I get a refund?
For a cash refund, your refund will be processed using the same mode of payment that you used upon checkout.
For store credit refund, you will be issued store credits via email.

SIZING & FIT OF APPAREL
1. How do I view the size & measurements of apparel?
- For measurements, go to product page and click on measurements to view the sizing chart.
2. Can I let my child try on a product?
- Unfortunately we are unable to accomodate to fitting appointments. However, our dresses come with measurement charts that you can refer to. Otherwise, you can also keep track of our events on our Facebook Page to know where to find us!
PRE-ORDERS
1. How do pre-orders work?
- Items under pre-orders are not ready stock in our inventory.
- You will have to make payment for pre-orders first. Our team will order and deliver the item for our customers once the pre-order sale ends.
- Pre-order sales usually last for a week. You have to make your purchase and payment before the pre-order ends in order to receive your item.
- As most of our pre-order goods are imported, they will take a longer time to arrive (about 5 - 10 days). The details on our pre-order page will offer you the accurate time frame on when to expect your item to be delivered.
- Rest assured that they will be delivered to you once the shipment has arrived. If you are unable to wait for your purchase, we advise you to purchase from the non pre-order sections.
- Pre-order collection sales are launched once a month. You can check out our latest pre-order sale here.
LOCATION
1. Do you have a physical location / shop?
Unfortunately, no. We focus our operations on delivering the best to you online. However, we do have pop-up stores at several bazaar events throughout the year.
