We will issue an exchange or refund via store credits.

We kindly ask that the product is not used or expired, in the same condition as when you received it, and is in the original box and/or packaging with all tags, if any.

Kindly note the following guidelines for returns:

• For Defective products, kindly include photos and description of the defect. We can allow a return / exchange period of up to 14 days for defective products.
• For returns, you will be eligible for exchange with similar item / any item of your choice, for which you may top up any difference.
• Only when similar item is out of stock, would we be able to process a refund via store credits for you.
• Our 7-day return policy does not apply to items in the following sections due to hygienic reasons, unless defective: Clearance / Sale, Food and Formula, Breast pads are not applicable for returns / exchange.
• Kindly note that all returns / exchanges have to be made at our location (near Newton) for checking.
• If you would like to request for returns via delivery, kindly note that there will be courier charges applicable and we reserve the right to reject the item if its not in original condition.
• Returns, exchanges and refunds are not entitled to our free delivery promotion (orders above $60). If you are returning an item that was originally sent out under free delivery, a shipping fee when issuing an exchange / refund will be deducted.
• In the event of a refund via store credits, kindly allow us 3 - 5 days to issue your credits after returned item is received.
