Iron Bark 500g is a mild distinct and dense honey from the blossoms of the Ironbark trees. These trees are eucalypts with black, deeply furrowed bark and produce strong durable timber with wide variations in leaf and flower sizes. All trees are uniquely Australian and widespread throughout Eastern Australia. The main honey producing species are Coastal Grey, Narrow-Leaved and Broad-leaved Ironbark. This Honey is generally light in colour and flavour. The children will love this one.
