• 2x 3rd Generation Genuine Maymom bottle size changer includes an anti-leaking & anti slip o-ring; designed to avoid leaking when a mother bent over during pumping, reduced chance for a unscrewed bottle, no interfering with the duckbill, and easier screw on to both the widemouth flanges and the standard-sized bottles
• Allow Avent and Spectra S1 and Spectra S2 flanges to use with standard sized bottles like, ameda bottles (narrow mouth) and original Dr. Brown Bottles (note will not fit wide mouth Dr. brown bottle) to replace the wide mouth spectra bottles. It is also compatible with Medela bottles.
• We recommend that you use a bottle-stand (such as ASIN B00PRPLRYQ) as well to reduce the tipping-over of the bottle.

To allow spectra wide-mouth flanges that come with spectra S1 pump, spectra S2 pump and S1 Plus/S2Plus Pumps to use standard sized bottles (Madela bottles given out at the hospital, Ameda standard sized bottles, but not the new Ameda Mya Widemouth bottle).

This new version (3rd Generation) designed in Jan. 2019 features several improvements based on customers' feedback on the older design.
