LOCAL DELIVERY
For delivery, we employ the services of Ninja Van. and you can track your parcel delivery here.
NINJA VAN COURIER NEXT DAY DELIVERY (9AM-10PM)
- At a flat rate of $5, you can opt for courier service for next day* delivery.
- We are running a special promotion of FREE courier service for Singapore orders above $60.
- You can mix items between The Sunshine Kids & Agape Babies!
NEXT DAY TIME-SLOT COURIER DELIVERY
- At a flat rate of $6.9, you can opt for time-slot courier delivery on a best effort basis.
- For orders above $80, you may top up $1.90 to opt for time-slot courier delivery.
- The available time slots are: 9am-12pm; 12pm - 3pm; 3pm - 6pm; 6pm - 10pm
- Only applicable for orders submitted before 430pm.
- Not applicable for orders on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. (E.g. If next day time-slot delivery is ordered on the weekend, it will be processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday)
- If you would like to request for a specific delivery time-slot and/or date, kindly indicate your desired time slot in the order comments box. Alternatively, you may reply the order confirmation email sent to your email inbox or let us know at orders@agapebabies.com within 1 hour of submitting your order. If we receive no instructions, default time slot will be taken as 9am-12pm.
*Please note that we will take 1-2 working days to pack and dispatch your parcel to the Ninja Van courier. We would like to seek your kind understanding that some delays may occur during peak seasons and sale periods. Please be assured that we always aim to pack and dispatch your parcels as soon as possible. In the event of a failed delivery (ie. no one at home to receive), you will receive an automated email that will allow you to choose a time slot for redelivery.
TO NOTE
- Playmats, Shupeas, Pediped, Freddie the Frog, Paley & Love, Dreams Avenue, Mummy It's Yummy cookbook, Wink To Learn, Roommates, Camouflage Kids are sent from a separate location and hence do not contribute to the free shipping amount of $80.
Eg. If you order a playmat worth $100 and an item worth $50 (total amount $150), we will mail the items to you via Singpost normal mail instead of courier. In order to get free courier delivery, the order amount (excluding playmat amount) should be $80 and above.
- Re-delivery fee for playmats is S$25 (if delivery is scheduled and nobody is home to receive the playmat, resulting in a rescheduling of another delivery).
CLICK & COLLECT (SELF - COLLECTION)
- Now shopping online comes with greater flexibility. Place your order online anytime, and collect it whenever you are available.
- We have 3 self-collect locations for your convenience.
- Newton Area 9am - 9pm daily, excluding Sundays
- Old Airport Hawker Centre daily from 7pm - 12 midnight, excluding Wednesday
- Sengkang Compassvale Lane daily 12-2pm
- How do I opt for self collection? Simply indicate "self collection" with your (1) preferred date & time, and (2) preferred location in the order comments box when checking out or reply to the order confirmation email with the necessary information. The order comments box is at Step 5: Order Review of the checkout page.
- If your order amount is below $80 (meaning you have to pay a $5 delivery fee), you may select "bank transfer" as a payment method and transfer us the order amount minus the $5 delivery fee. Should you prefer to pay via PayPal, we can only refund the $5 delivery fee in store credits with no expiry and no minimum spend.
