Sorry this review came alittle late! Have been meaning to send a compliments to Karen, the customer service personnel at Agape. I bought a travel playpen which came faulty. I emailed Karen late on a saturday night, not expecting any form of replies (cos i don’t expect humans to work so late on a weekend!). During the recent JJb launch, I was informed by Karen that my paypal payment did not seem to have gone through and requested that I do a funds transfer, of which I complied. Purchased Baby K'tan Breeze last Fri and I've been using it this week. This is for my 3rd baby and I'm glad I bought it. My crying baby was a night owl and very clingy to hugging all the time. Since I got Baby K'tan, she's been falling asleep in the wrap and also less strain on my shoulders, arms and back since the weight is evenly distributed. With Singapore's hot and humid weather, the mesh material helps to relieve the heat. However, it still feels warm so will be good if there's even lighter material for the wrap. My son is 5 years old and he has eczema since he was a baby. From a colleague's recommendation, I got to know about California Baby. Back then, there were very few places selling California Baby (CB) in SGP and the places that sell California Baby sold it for a premium in SGP. I am pleasantly surprised by the speed of the order process. I received my shopping in under 24 hours from my order. placed my order and paid at 3.30pm and after I email my payment slip, I receive a order confirmation in under an hour. Thereafter I receive an email stating that my order has been dispatched. By 8 pm I receive an email and SMS from the logistic provider stating that the item will be delivered between 8 am to 12 noon and I even had the option to change my delivery timing.
