Beaba Warranty Policy:

Beaba Babycook Neo comes with a 2+3*years local warranty from manufacturing defects. 

*Babycook Neo warranty can be extended by applying extension procedure on the Beaba & Me App within following 6 months of buying the product.

Additional Information:

1. Upon purchase of the Beaba Babycook Neo, there are instructions on the box for the customer to follow to extend their warranty. To extend the warranties for Babycook Neo, you can apply for the extension through the Beaba App within six months of your purchase.
2. 5 years warranty is valid only if you register on the app Beaba & me.
3. This warranty shall not apply to damages arising from neglect, accidental damage, or commercial use of the product. This is a limited warranty. Liability for consequential damages is expressly excluded. Proof of purchase is required. If this product is used with an electrical converter, this warranty is void.

-All Beaba Babycooks sold by Agape Babies comes with the 3-Pin British Standard Plug.

-Comes with 2 years local warranty from date of purchase under manufacturing defects. No adaptor is needed and it works on 220V for use in Singapore.

-Comes with SPRING Singapore “SAFETY MARK” is safe for use in Singapore.

*Kindly please note - issues due to usage (eg. lime scale build up, discolouration of the bowl/basket) is not covered.

Care

 

The following precaution is required to ensure that your Babycook Neo lasts long for a long time:

• After cooking cycle, please leave the bowl to cool down for a few minutes before rinsing it with hot or cold water.

• Wash by hand rather than dishwasher. Dishwasher detergent is aggressively and may reduce the life span of the bowl and its parts.

• Avoid shock with objects harder than glass (diamond, ceramic knife blade, etc.) which may scratch the surface and weaken the bowl.
